Analysts' needs are addressed by SuperCROSS. This Windows application is connected to a SuperSERVER environment where several datasets in SuperSTAR SXV4 format reside. When connected to a SuperSERVER, SuperCROSS respects all access privileges.
Analysts use SuperCROSS to conduct complex ad hoc analysis and to quickly build reports to respond to ad hoc queries. Only these analysts have the ability to perform the more advanced required activities such as:
- define synthetic and derived fields
- define recodes and classifications
- define user and group data access permissions.

Researchers' needs are addressed by SuperWEB. This Web application allows researchers to access data from anywhere to create and access reports in a dynamic, intuitive and interactive way.
Researches use SuperWEB to choose the dimensions they are interested in to build a tabular report. Then researchers can easily add dimensions into the table, or create their own groups. Some standard reports (views) are available in SuperWEB, and as time progresses the researchers will develop and save more standard reports when they recognise a common data request.

The general public's needs are address by SuperVIEW. This Web application is a customized visualization tool for users who need quick access to commonly asked questions. Information is presented in a highly visual way and information is discovered through guided analysis and the results presented in tables, charts, maps and other easy to view formats.
