Under the title "Statistics for Strategies in Development", the Arab Statisticians Conference will be held in Amman, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, in the venue Royal hotel from 18th to 21st Dec. 2011
The conference is focused on the challenges facing statisticians, professors of statistics, students and those working in the National Statistics Organizations, as well as other statistics sections in all regional and international organizations.
Speaking at this year's event will be John Ellenberger, VicePresident Statistical Solutions, Space-Time Research, Australia. John is a renowned expert in the tabulation and dissemination of Government statistics, and he will discuss Advanced Applications and Interactive Visualisations: The next wave in Statistical Dissemination.
Also speaking will be Space Time's partner Jaffar Mansour, Managing Partner, RealSoft who will be speaking on Protecting Individually Identifiable Data.
