Environmental Policy

This Policy applies to all directors, employees, specialists, contractors, and consultants of Space-Time Research Pty Ltd.

Space-Time Research is committed to the principles of sustainable development and recognizes our responsibility to make a contribution to minimize the impact of our operations on the environment.

Furthermore, Space-Time Research is committed to reducing the environmental impact associated with the various types of activities we undertake regardless of the location or type of project.

We will set objectives and targets and review them annually in order to improve our environmental performance and will regularly assess the environmental impacts of our operations.

Scope of this policy

This Policy covers the activities, products and services of all Space-Time Research operations world wide and includes office-based operations and other activities.

Our environmental commitment

Space-Time Research will continually improve its business performance and conduct its operations in an environmentally responsible manner, in order to minimize pollution, improve resource efficiency and recovery, and contribute to improving the sustainability and liveability of the world wider community. Within the context of the projects we are engaged on, we will achieve this by:

  • Conserving energy, water, paper and other natural resources while still providing a comfortable working environment
  • Minimizing waste through recycling and using recycled products and materials wherever practical
  • Preventing and minimizing pollution from our activities
  • Providing an environmentally sound workplace, and progressively implementing a range of environmentally sound work practices
  • Including environmental impacts in our purchasing policies where appropriate
  • Complying with relevant environmental legislation, regulations, policies and initiatives
  • Fostering an environmentally responsible culture throughout Space-Time Research and encourage directors, employees, specialists, contractors and consultants to develop new ideas and initiatives.
  • Communicating this Policy to our directors, employees, specialists, contractors, and consultants.
