Our Education Pack provides a combination of product education, tailored workshops, and onsite support that can be tailored to the needs of yourorganization .
For any organization to successfully deliver its data experience strategy, it is essential that its staff have relevant and up-to-date skills.
The Education Pack training services can be tailored to an organization’s unique requirements – its current SuperSTAR skills base, its future solution needs, and the level of self-sufficiency that it wants to achieve.
The flexibility of the pack allows staff to obtain the foundation skills essential to take advantage of SuperSTAR through both attendance at standard courses and through on-project mentoring and tailored workshops. Often it is the practical application of a product where knowledge transfer is enhanced and retained, and skills are further developed.
The Education Pack provides these services at a discount from standard Space-Time Research rates. The following packs are available for purchase:
- Education Pack 20: Provides 20 education credits to be used during the course of a year
- Education Pack 40: Provides 40 education credits to be used during the course of a year
Credits can be redeemed at your discretion.
As part of the Education Pack, STR will provide, at no additional cost, the services of our Education Coordinator to develop a SuperSTAR Training Plan.
The development of a Training Plan involves the following:
- An assessment of existing skills and identification of future requirements (for example, a planned upgrade may necessitate further education).
- Documentation of recommendations for future training, including the mode of delivery, expected outcomes, and suggested timelines.
- Ongoing review of the training plan to ensure that it continues to reflect operational objectives and development needs.
